TERMS & CONDITIONS
This contract is made under the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law.
1. Parties to the contract
The contract is between you (The Buyer) and HQ Kitchens Pty Ltd (The Seller) whose registered office is at 4/67-77 Compton Road, Underwood, QLD 4119. The goods shall be the products supplied by the seller to the buyer according to these terms and conditions.
2. Descriptions, prices and product information
We have taken care to describe and show items as accurately as possible. Despite this, slight variations in items may occur. If there is anything which you do not understand or if you wish to obtain further information, please email us at email@example.com. If, by mistake, we have under priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item. In these circumstances, we will notify you of the correct price so you can decide whether or not you wish to proceed with the order process. If you decide not to order the item, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid for that item. All prices are expressed inclusive of any GST payable unless otherwise stated.
The total cost of the items must be paid in full before the items can be dispatched.
A 30% deposit is needed for any pre orders. The remaining payment must be paid in full before product dispatch.
Payment can be made by cash?Bank Cheque, MasterCard or Visa Credit Card and Direct Transfer.
We offer delivery service, but the buyer is responsible for the cost of the delivery charge. We will quote you on the cost prior to delivery. The cost is determined by the distance from the warehouse to the delivery destination. We guarantee the safe delivery of products to your appointed destination.
Alternatively, you can arrange the delivery yourself. In this case, you must be responsible for the safety of the delivery during the transportation process.
We offer installation service, however, the buyer is responsible for the installation charge. You will receive the quote when you place the order, if you are satisfied with the quote, you will sign the order confirmation.
Alternatively, you can arrange your own installation. In this case, HQ Kitchen cannot be responsible for the installation warranty. You will be responsible for it yourself.
If you engaged our professional installers, we will be at your appointed destination on your appointed date and time to install for you. You will need to sign off with the completion of the installation.
6. Refund policy
You must notify us within 7 days of your order or purchase, if you wish to cancel your order for a full refund. After 7 days, we no longer will be able to arrange refund.
